A Basic Survey for the Plan of CRP¢¥s Activity in the Community of Yungil-Kun


Abstract
This survey is the basic data based upon the analysis of the medical service of the community health practitioner (C.H.P.) for making the better plan of the administration and management of the Public Health Care Center in Yung II-Kun Community. The respondents for this survey include the whole CHPs of 22 and the period of the survey is from Feb. 1. 1988. to Feb. 15. 1988.
The results of the survey is as follows:
1. A general characteristics of C. H. P.
1) Age: The CHPs of 30 to 39 years old mark 77.3%, which shows the hzahhest degree of other ager.
2) Marriage status: The 90.9 % of CHPs are married.
3) Education for Nurse: The 72.7 % of nurses graduated from the 3 year-college, which is numurous.
4) Extra-education after graduation: Non answer respondents reach 31.8 %, the highest. and the next ones, 27.3 % have never received any extra-education afterward.
5) Qualification and license: The nurses along with nursing teacher¢¥s license reach 59.1 % and the next is the nurses with only nurse¢¥s license of 22.7 %.
6) Career: It is estimated to 7.4 year at the average.
7) Experience of medical field: The 40.9 % CHP had the medical service in the clinics and the public health care. The 36.4 % of CHP experienced in the clinic field.
8) Former occupation: The 59.1 % of CHS¢¥ were with the clinical field- which show the highest mark.
2. The analysis of spot-activity
1) A general characteristics of the community governed:
(1) The population of 1348 and the 377 family are assigned for their health care.
(2) The distance from the public health center to the village is 19.4Km at the average. The ride by bus is 51.0 minutes at the average.
(3) The medical institution and the drug store in the community
a) Medical institution : 45.5 %
Public health center : 68.2
b) Drug store : 54.5 %
Herbal medicine store : 27.3 %
(4) The regular buses run 6.9 times a day at the average. 2) The duty-accomplishment of CHP:
(1) 50.5 % of them are slow doers. It is numerous.
(2) 26.7 % of them are active doers. It is the next.
3) The activity-state:
(1) The duty in the medical office is estimated at 79.0 %. this is the first rank.
(2) 75.6 % of regular hours a day is to take the medical service to the villagers personaly.
(3) The medical examination and treatment of the service is estimated at 84.7 %, which show the highest rank.
4) The achievement of medical service in 1987:
(1) 290 cases at monthly average are accepted and consulted. 12 cases at daily average are consulted and cared.
(2) The CHP-rounding at home correspondes to 7.3 rounding at monthly average. One rounding takes 53.3 minutes at the average.
(3) The home-visiting for medical service corresponds to 5.2 visiting at monthly average. One visiting takes 65.5 minutes at the average.
(4) The duty of home-visiting is mainly to take care of mother & child, estimated at 39.0 %, and the next is the medical care and consultation of 23.4 %.
